My name is David Repka. I have been a self employed commercial real estate entrepreneur since the age of 18 when I bought renovated and resold a distressed 18-unit apartment building in Downtown Buffalo slated for demolition. I moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1991 and started my firm, Bison Financial Group, in 1994 with my brother, Jared. We arrange debt & equity capital for a network of real estate deal junkies: investors, developers and turn around artists. We’re especially good at putting together capital for complex, value-added deals where time is of the essence (closed deals in 4, 8 & 11 days). We’ve been involved in over a billion dollars in transactions as a real estate broker, mortgage broker, development consultant or principal.
The UnDeveloper started during the commercial real estate meltdown of 2008-2009 when I realized that over $5 billion of venture capital has been invested into green and alternative energy over the past three years.
