My name is Dave Repka and I am “The UnDeveloper”.

UnDeveloping is using the skill set I’ve built during a 25+ year career in commercial real estate investment, development & finance to create green, sustainable business ventures.

I am part of a multi-disciplined team of professionals that has discovered a way to pay land owners to not develop their land and instead preserve forest land for future generations. The mission of this blog is to educate large landowners (over 10,000 acres) and their advisors on the benefits of creating and profitably selling carbon offset credits. This is a way to generate multi-generational income streams while continuing to profitably harvest timberland.
